Her Journey
Sudha started her career in institutional sales with ACCEL ICIM, now ACCEL Frontline, handling the Indian Navy as an account across the country and managing sales of IT products and services.
She later joined HSBC in the customer service division, where she discovered her passion for Training and Development. She was accredited as a Process and Sales Trainer in 2007, and her approach to sales through excellent customer service won her many accolades and awards.
She continued upgrading her training skills through workshops and certifications from reputed agencies, and moved on to work as a freelance soft skills trainer with various management colleges in Visakhapatnam.
Sudha has worked extensively with colleges conducting pre-placement training, including workshops on communication skills, English language training, interview skills, presentation skills, and personality development. She has also conducted entrepreneurship development programs in engineering colleges, encouraging students to look beyond jobs and think like job creators.
As an NLP Practitioner and Certified Associate Coach, she combines her strong functional background with a unique training methodology. She is internationally certified in Instructional Design, Train The Trainer by Dale Carnegie, and Psychometric Testing through MBTI.
She facilitates organizations, individuals, and teams in building better interpersonal relationships, working in synergy, appreciating diversity, and nurturing leadership in an environment of trust and mutual respect. Her sessions use creative team games, experiential exercises, case studies, and well researched thought.
With a strong background in behavioral sciences and corporate communication, Sudha helps people from different cultural backgrounds understand organizational needs, communicate effectively, and grow in emotional and social intelligence.
She has used MBTI tools extensively for psychometric evaluation, helping candidates understand personality types, what drives an individual, and how that understanding can support personality development and personal goals.
Sudha is passionate about training and counseling young adults, helping them understand corporate culture. She takes a holistic view of training and believes the success of new hires in the corporate world is important in nation building.
